CANCELLATION POLICY

At Harmoniize by Dotted ii’s, each wellness experience is thoughtfully prepared and reserved exclusively for you. Because our services are mobile and require advance planning, travel, preparation, and dedicated time, we ask that clients provide adequate notice when changes are necessary. Cancellations 48+ Hours Notice — Full Refund Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the deposit/service fee. 24–47 Hours Notice — One-Time Reschedule Cancellations made 24–47 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled one time without penalty, subject to availability. Less Than 24 Hours / No-Show — 30% Cancellation Fee Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, are subject to a 30% cancellation fee for the appointment cost. For prepaid packages and recurring memberships, sessions cancelled with 48+ hours' notice may be rescheduled according to the applicable package terms. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be forfeited and counted as a used session. Package and membership sessions are non-transferable and are not eligible for cash refunds once the applicable cancellation window has passed. Travel & Venue-Related Cancellations For mobile appointments requiring travel, non-refundable parking, tolls, venue rental fees, deposits, or specialized equipment costs incurred on the client's behalf may not be refundable, even when the service itself qualifies for a refund. If Harmoniize must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of the service fee. Severe Weather & Emergencies Harmoniize may make exceptions to the cancellation policy for documented emergencies or circumstances that create an unsafe travel or service environment, including severe weather. Such exceptions are considered case-by-case at Harmoniize's discretion. How to Cancel Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted by email, text, or other designated booking communication method. The cancellation time will be based on the date and time the request is received. By booking a Harmoniize experience, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
